Our "golf tournament in a box" structures are designed to require zero upfront financial commitment or past experience building tournaments. We handle the logistics and execution of your golf tournament, while you focus on general promotion and sponsor sales to reach your marketing and/or fundraising goals.

What does a typical event look like?

  • 72 Players / 8:15am Shotgun Start (1 foursome on each hole)
  • 10 - 20 Sponsors | On-course Games & Prizes | Silent Auctions
  • Typical Post-Event Profit Between $200 and $7,000, depending on sponsorships sold.

For most events, there is $0 net cost. In fact, most events earn between $200 and $7,000, with some highly successful events reaching beyond $10k per tournament.

How we do it:

We understand the golf market and events business intimately, and have been able to negotiate contracts with courses that allow us to get paid through the host course, while simultaneously getting courses to waive fixed minimums on events handled through us. (This means a no risk tournament for you!)

Because we’re successful when you’re successful (filling up your player spots), we help provide structure, promotional materials, checklists, registration websites, online ticketing, day-of support, and much more to aid your efforts.

We’ll work with you to provide an estimated per-player price for hosting a tournament at a given course, leaving your pre-event efforts focused on selling sponsorships and tickets that earn you the profit you want.

Yes! We can help reach prospective businesses that may be interested in sponsoring your tournament.

We offer a Sponsor Outreach add-on, where we’ll handle sales outreach, on-boarding, and servicing your sponsors during the event, as well as sponsorship kit building based on our experience on course. Sponsor revenue generated is split 50/50 to cover the associated costs of servicing your sponsors and acting as your sales team.

Although this hands-off approach may be right for corporate events with marketing-specific goals or understaffed charities, we highly recommend fundraising focused events be directly involved in selling sponsorships.

Absolutely not. Many events choose to use golf tournaments as a marketing tool for their own interests, and in those cases may increase the player ticket price to cover necessary costs or make a modest profit. Final ticket price is determined entirely by you, and you keep 100%* of the difference.
